Terms of use
A brief on public court records, offered as-is. By reading on, you accept these terms.
The Docket is a private monitoring tool that tracks a fixed set of Massachusetts cases on the public docket at masscourts.org. It has no affiliation with the Massachusetts Trial Court, the Appeals Court, or any party to the monitored cases, and nothing here is endorsed by any court.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and reading it creates no attorney–client relationship with anyone. The plain-English summaries are written by AI for convenience. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they can lag the official record by hours or days. If a decision turns on what a docket says, verify it against the official record at masscourts.org or with the clerk’s office — the official record always controls.
The site is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Checks run on a schedule and can fail; the site may be unavailable or behind the official docket at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site’s operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here.
Docket text and court documents reproduced here are public records of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. PDF copies are hosted for convenience and may not reflect later corrections to the official file. The summaries, analysis, and design of this site belong to its operator; personal, non-commercial reading and sharing of links is welcome.
These terms may change as the site does. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the revised terms. The date below is the date they last changed.
Effective July 25, 2026.
